Yoga for Pregnancy

 Yoga Based stretches, Breathing and relaxation for pregnancy and birth

Gentle Exercise for Pregnancy classes run every Thursday evening 7-8.30pm in Wymondham, Norfolk

We practice breathing, yoga based stretches, relaxation and discussion around pregnancy and birth aswell as having new mothers and their babies back to the class to talk about birth their own stories.... 

A great way to make new friends!!  

Courses run for 6 weeks term and run back to back if you wish to continue throughout your pregnancy (6 week fee is £50)

This course is aimed at anyone over 14 weeks pregnant and we advise that you
